Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with PreK and Kindergarten students in a supportive educational environment near Parma, MI. This full-time contract position provides the opportunity to help children develop essential communication skills during a pivotal stage of their growth.

The upcoming school year runs from August 24, 2026, to June 10, 2027, offering a predictable and rewarding schedule. While the preference is for a full-time SLP, there is flexibility for part-time hours and a hybrid schedule—with more onsite days required than at home. Fully remote options are not available for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan SLP license (must include a screenshot with your application)
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred
  • Experience working in school-based settings, especially with PreK and Kindergarten students, is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for providing student-centered, evidence-based services

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for young students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with staff and families
  • Deliver targeted interventions onsite to support students’ communication development
  • Complete documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with state and district standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to promote positive outcomes
