Desired Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in a school-based environment preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child’s specific needs
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Monitor and document students’ progress toward therapy goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support holistic student development
• Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings and school-based intervention teams
