Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active MI SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting or with K-12 students is valuable
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in an onsite school environment
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all district and state documentation requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional input to support student achievement and well-being
- Offer consultation and support to staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations
