Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oxford, MI

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Skilled in supporting a range of student needs, including general education, mild/moderate disabilities, speech/language impairments, autism spectrum, and cognitive challenges
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learners
• Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to approximately 10 students per school, addressing articulation, language, and social communication needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Track student progress and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Manage a consistent caseload across four nearby schools, spending full days at one location at a time
• Participate in school meetings and trainings as needed
