Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active Colorado Department of Education Certification
  • Current Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist; all ages birth–21 accepted)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Must complete time-sensitive background check through district system

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech-language services for a mild/moderate caseload, K–12 (exact ages/caseload and school assignments TBD)
  • Develop and implement intervention plans designed to foster student success
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure effective communication supports
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and track student progress per district and regulatory requirements
