This full-time contract position calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a school environment and is ready to provide impactful, on-site services for the 2026–2027 academic year. The placement spans 35 hours per week, with start and end dates from as soon as possible through late May 2027. Caseload and campuses will be identified upon assignment, but candidates can expect to support students with mild to moderate needs across varying age groups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Colorado Department of Education Certification
  • Current Colorado SLP License, such as Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist (covering ages birth through 21)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
  • Comfortable navigating district credentialing, including a background check
  • Commitment to onsite-only service delivery—remote options are not available

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students according to IEP goals
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and communicate assessment results
  • Develop and implement individualized plans that address diverse student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to optimize educational access
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
