Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students and educators in a dynamic school environment near Minneapolis, MN. Two contract openings for School Psychologists are available, offering the chance to work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote academic, social, and emotional success.

Current Openings:

  • Part-time role in Plymouth (0.4 FTE/16 hours per week), beginning September 8, 2026, and continuing through June 10, 2027.
  • A maternity leave coverage, starting October 5 (no work required over winter break), with end date and hours to be determined.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Valid credentials and experience working as a School Psychologist in a school-based setting.
  • Familiarity with performing assessments, developing interventions, and supporting IEP processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with educators, families, and students.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and meaningfully contribute within new school communities.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from the assignment location as required.
  • Capacity for flexibility and professionalism, maintaining district and agency standards, including successful completion of onboarding and a background check.
  • Readiness to follow the school’s schedule and assignment expectations throughout the contracted period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret results for educational planning.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions and supports.
  • Participate in student support meetings, providing expert input on social-emotional development.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with students, families, and staff.
  • Adhere to all school and agency policies, timelines, and confidentiality requirements.

Hourly compensation for these opportunities ranges from $47 to $52, reflecting both your expertise and the meaningful impact you’ll have within the school community.
