Qualifications & Experience

  • Must hold a Master’s degree in School Psychology
  • Possess a current Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Tier 3 or Tier 4 license in School Psychology (Minnesota)
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle schools is highly valued
  • Ability to work on-site full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Strong interpersonal and assessment skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct psychological services and support to students across multiple elementary and middle schools
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and offer consultation to teachers and families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student well-being and academic success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state guidelines
