Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, individualized interventions, and therapy sessions to K-8 students (with emphasis on K-5)
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Utilize creative, engaging approaches that foster student independence and success
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure student needs are met within classroom environments
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Minnesota
• Strong background and experience in school-based OT practices preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desired, but all candidates will be considered
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children, especially K-5 students
• Effective organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
• COTAs must have ability to work under OT supervision (onsite supervision available)
