Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Current SLP – CCC license
  • Background in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
  • Experience working with non-verbal students using AAC devices
  • Skilled in collaborating with general education teachers on high- and low-tech communication supports

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement innovative communication strategies
  • Develop and track IEP goals in a supportive, flexible environment
  • Manage a caseload of 12–15 students, typically three full days per week
