Two full-time, onsite SLP maternity leave openings are available:
- The first position runs from late September to mid-December.
- The second begins mid-November, ending in early January.You’ll work a consistent 35-hour schedule supporting K–12 students, with CCCs required (unfortunately, SLPAs are not eligible).
Key Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of recent school-based SLP experience
- Ability to work onsite in a K–12 environment
- Must pass district fingerprinting and background checks
- Comfortable with Zoom interviews
- Prepared to secure necessary licenses up front
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and intervention planning
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered school culture
