Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Pediatric and school-based experience highly preferred
  • Eligibility for state licensure in Washington
  • Comfortable with teletherapy and in-person settings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions for pediatric populations (Pre K-12)
  • Manage a varied caseload, including assessment, IEP development, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support each student’s success
  • Utilize technology for teletherapy as needed
  • Encourage student participation, fostering positive outcomes in both group and individual settings
