School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Richlands, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid SLP licensure in North Carolina
• Experience working in school settings, preferably K-5
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Collaborative approach and commitment to student-centered care

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for eligible students in kindergarten through fifth grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting goals and methodologies as needed
• Maintain thorough, accurate records for each student, tracking progress and compliance with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other school professionals to support student outcomes
• Attend IEP meetings, sharing recommendations and progress as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Address speech, language, articulation, and communication disorders to help students achieve educational success
