Job Description

Embark on an impactful contract opportunity supporting students and educators in a vibrant educational environment. Two openings are available for experienced School Psychologists to cover both a part-time assignment and a maternity leave, each offering unique schedules and responsibilities tailored to your expertise and availability.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist credentials and state-required licensure
  • Proven, recent experience in a school-based setting
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
  • Reliable transportation to the site
  • Successful completion of all agency onboarding and district background checks
  • Positive track record if credentialed or placed previously
  • Flexibility to work within assigned school schedules and meet assignment lengths

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret results
  • Work directly with students to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Engage with staff and families for development of effective interventions
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Contribute to Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and IEP teams
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold ethical guidelines

Available Positions:

  1. Part-time: 0.4 FTE (approx. 16 hours/week), Monday-Thursday, 7:30AM-3:30PM, starting September 8, 2026 through June 10, 2027.
  2. Maternity Leave: Full-time (40 hours/week, flexible), covering up to 12 weeks, beginning October 5 (no work required during winter break).
