Occupational Therapist School Setting - Livonia, MI

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Michigan
• Experience or clinical rotations in K-12 school settings (elementary and/or high school preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to create and implement IEP-driven therapy interventions
• Pediatric or adolescent therapy expertise highly valued
• Adaptable, compassionate, and eager to collaborate with diverse school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students at both Childs Elementary and High School levels
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
• Work in partnership with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student access to curriculum and school participation
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress
• Participate in relevant meetings and professional development activities
• Manage a flexible student caseload spanning various needs and ages
