Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience delivering OT services within a school setting preferred
• Proficient understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Skilled in providing direct, in-person therapy to students with diverse needs
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and comply with deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, in-person occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess students’ functional and academic needs using standardized tools
• Develop targeted therapeutic interventions that enable students to access and participate in educational activities
• Contribute to and participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and progress updates
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
