What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in California
- School-based OT experience (preferably with elementary ages)
- Ability to work on-site, independently, and adapt quickly to new environments
- Willingness to work full-time (5 days/week); part-time considered
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families for effective student support
- Manage documentation and IEP requirements
- Support students across assigned schools within the San Juan Capistrano area
