Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or eligible California OT license
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate within an educational team
• Excellent organizational skills to manage diverse caseloads
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities in classroom settings
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans designed for school-aged children
• Work with teachers, families, and other educational staff for holistic support
• Deliver therapy to students individually and in groups, adapting to diverse needs
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, and actively participate in IEP meetings
