Your expertise will be instrumental in nurturing communication skills for learners with diverse needs, ranging from preschoolers to high school seniors.

Ideal candidates are collaborative and compassionate speech-language pathologists equipped to deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative support. You’ll build lasting relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams, helping maximize students’ educational experiences through tailored interventions.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for state credentialing as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based setting (Preschool-12th grade preferred)
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between district sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative services in group and 1:1 settings
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
