Job Description

Job Description

Make an immediate impact supporting students by providing speech-language services in a vibrant educational setting. This contract opportunity welcomes experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC preferred) interested in flexible school placements and a varied caseload. We are seeking three dedicated professionals for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year at elementary and intermediate school sites, serving students from developmental preschool through middle school.

Why consider this role? You'll benefit from a collaborative environment and options that best suit your strengths and interests—whether you prefer focusing on early childhood communication skills or supporting a wider range of grade levels. Flexible scheduling (7-hour workdays, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch) ensures a balance between professional and personal commitments.

What we’re looking for:

  • ASHA CCC preferred (required for some placements); SLPA not accepted at this time
  • State license and credentials appropriate for school-based SLP roles
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged caseloads
  • Strong teamwork, documentation, and communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites if needed
  • Drive to foster growth and progress in diverse student populations

Key responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Developing and implementing IEP goals and compliant service documentation
  • Participation in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing communication with school staff
  • Supervising/supporting SLAs (where available and pending licensure)
  • Maintaining thorough, timely records

Travel SLPs are encouraged to apply. Engage in meaningful work, serve supportive districts, and enjoy compensation in the $115–$120/hour range for your expertise.

If you’re ready to further your career as a leader in pediatric speech-language services, submit a detailed resume and current certifications. Take the next step—help shape positive futures for students through your specialized skills! Apply today!
