Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience working in educational settings, preferably with K–5 students
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable managing a caseload of around 50 students
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• No teletherapy for this role—on-site presence required

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Participate in student assessment meetings and IEP team discussions
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Offer guidance and support for classroom staff on communication strategies
