Exciting opportunities are available for two dedicated Speech and Language Pathologists to make a meaningful impact in educational settings near Santa Clara, CA. These contract roles commence in late November and continue through the end of the school year, offering full-time hours as you support diverse learners within elementary and middle school environments. Earn between $55 and $65+ per hour while fostering communication skills and academic growth in young students.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellow applicants will be considered
• Experience working in schools, preferably with elementary or middle school populations
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Effective organizational and documentation skills
• Passion for delivering individualized and group therapy sessions in alignment with student IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in both elementary and middle school caseloads
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings, progress reports, and related documentation
• Utilize creative therapy strategies to help students improve articulation, language, and social communication skills
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and communicate regularly with teachers and parents to monitor and promote student progress
