In this full-time, onsite contract position, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide critical speech and language services to young learners, shaping communication skills that last a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 17-20 students in Pre-K through 5th grade.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress for assigned students.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines associated with school-based therapy.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions targeting receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic communication.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational programs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license (required)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse elementary caseload efficiently
