Bring your commitment to excellence and passion for supporting students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule—working 8 hours per day, 5 days a week—allowing you to focus on meaningful interventions and steady professional growth.

Candidates with versatile experience across OT specialties are highly sought after. You'll utilize your background in school-based, home health, and teletherapy environments to help students achieve their fullest potential in both academic and everyday settings.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Valid occupational therapy license for California
  • Experience delivering OT services in school, home health, and teletherapy settings
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Familiarity with assessment, individualized education plans (IEPs), and student progress documentation
  • Passion for working with a diverse school-aged population (TK-12)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ functional skills and needs across academic and home environments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with IEP teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services both in-person and, as needed, via teletherapy
  • Track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to support success
  • Provide education and support to teachers, staff, and families to ensure generalization of skills
