Empower students to reach their fullest potential through effective communication! Two vibrant school corporations seek a dedicated speech-language pathologist to work with students from preschool through 12th grade. You will play a key role in serving approximately 150 students across both sites, each with a diverse range of speech and language needs. Your expertise will support students in building confidence, improving their academic outcomes, and cultivating essential life skills.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, preschool through high school
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for diverse speech and language disorders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload at multiple sites

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual, group, or classroom settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and service delivery
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-wide initiatives
  • Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding communication challenges and interventions
