Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid NYS SLP license; CCCs strongly preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows
• Experience with school-based speech therapy or a strong desire to work in schools
• Comfortable working in ASD and severe disabilities settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities & Role Highlights

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in 12:1:3 and 8:1:1 programs
• Participate in IEP development, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to maximize student growth
• Provide behavior support as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Receive onsite supervision and mentorship (for CFs)
• Full-time opportunities (Onondaga County): Serve students with ASD and severe multiple disabilities
• Part-time options (Cortland County): Support students requiring intensive behavior support, 3-4 days per week
