• Current California SLP license or eligibility

• Professional communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students, focusing on individual and group interventions
• Conduct IEP assessments and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Manage a flexible caseload, supporting diverse student needs and collaborating with educators and other support staff
• Facilitate a seamless transfer of duties from the current SLP to ensure continuity of care and services
• Monitor student progress, document results, and communicate findings to families and team members
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
