Primary Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with youth populations
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt strategies as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and consultation skills
• Willingness to comply with fingerprinting and other credentialing requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral analysis and support services to a variety of K-12 students, through district-based referral processes
• Serve as a resource at the district office, supporting up to 80 schools (caseloads assigned with reasonable geographic grouping)
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective student support plans
• Participate in monthly consults through an established partnership with the Vanderbilt Triad program, gaining valuable feedback and resources
• Utilize a district Help Desk system designed to keep workloads balanced and BCBAs supported in their role
