Step into a rewarding role where your expertise in behavioral analysis can make a profound difference in early childhood education. This contract opportunity offers a unique blend of on-site engagement and hybrid flexibility, thoughtfully designed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about supporting PreK and Kindergarten students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience working in school settings, especially with young children (PreK-K) is highly valued
  • Comfortable with a flexible, hybrid schedule; able to commit to a minimum of three days per week on-site
  • Strong capacity for collaborative coaching and direct behavior support
  • Willingness to undergo an in-person background check (processing times range from 2–6 weeks depending on the season)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior support and management strategies to PreK and Kindergarten classrooms
  • Offer ongoing coaching to teachers and staff, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Rotate through different classrooms each quarter, allowing for meaningful connections with a variety of students and educators
  • Complete all required student observations in-person to ensure thorough and effective assessment
  • Deliver recommendations, track progress, and adapt interventions to individual and classroom needs
