Job Description
Step into a dynamic contract opportunity where your expertise as a BCBA will make an immediate and lasting impact on early learners. Beginning August 17, 2026 and continuing through June 4, 2027, you'll support PreK and Kindergarten classrooms, offering crucial behavior management strategies and direct coaching to create positive learning environments. This role features a unique rotating structure, allowing you to work with different classrooms each quarter for greater variety and professional growth.
Offering a hybrid scheduling option, this position requires a minimum of three days on-site weekly, providing the flexibility for additional remote work as school needs allow. Candidates considering the hybrid format will need to prioritize schedule flexibility to accommodate in-person observations and team collaboration. As part of the onboarding process, an in-person background check is required, with processing times ranging from two to six weeks depending on the season.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification is required
- Proven experience working in school-based or similar pediatric settings
- Strong background in behavior management and classroom coaching for young learners
- Excellent observational and data collection abilities
- Resourceful and adaptable, able to adjust to varied caseloads and scheduling needs
- Effective communicator and collaborator with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for PreK–K students
- Provide behavior coaching to classroom staff and contribute to professional development
- Rotate quarterly between multiple classrooms, bringing fresh insight and continued support
- Conduct in-person observations and assessments as part of ongoing student success tracking
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on student progress and program effectiveness
