Key Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working within a school or educational setting

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide individualized plans
• Develop and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral goals into students’ educational programs
• Offer direct and consultative services to students, families, and school personnel
