Take on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting. This role focuses on early learners in PreK and Kindergarten, providing essential behavior support and coaching on behavioral management strategies. As a BCBA, you'll work both on-site and remotely, offering flexibility while ensuring meaningful in-person impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral support and coaching to PreK and Kindergarten classrooms
  • Rotate through multiple classrooms each quarter, adapting to evolving student and teacher needs
  • Conduct regular in-person observations to assess student behavior and classroom dynamics
  • Collaborate closely with educators to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of interventions, progress, and outcomes
  • Offer guidance and training to school staff on positive behavior strategies

Qualifications:

  • Valid, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience working with PreK or early elementary age groups preferred
  • Strong knowledge of classroom-based Positive Behavior Support (PBS) systems
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with educators and families
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (minimum three days on-site required)
  • Completion of an in-person background check (timing may vary from 2-6 weeks based on the season)
