This full-time, full school year role focuses on students with a broad range of mild to severe needs, providing both challenge and meaningful reward as you make a lasting impact on young lives.

As part of an itinerant team, you’ll travel between educational sites, delivering direct in-person services. While we welcome skilled COTAs, you’ll need previous school-based experience, and we ensure that virtual OT supervision is provided for you. Please note all services are strictly in-person—teletherapy and Voco options are not available for this role.

What we’re looking for:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • COTAs should have recent, relevant school-based experience
  • Strong understanding of IEP-driven service delivery, documentation, and compliance
  • Ability to provide interventions for students presenting with mild to severe physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges
  • Adaptable personality ready to serve multiple sites (itinerant schedule)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and IEP teams
  • Enthusiasm for making a positive difference within school communities

Your impact:

  • Deliver engaging, effective occupational therapy interventions to help students access their education
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
  • Support IEP development and maintenance through accurate documentation and progress monitoring
  • Consult regularly with educational teams to maximize student outcomes

Enjoy the satisfaction of guiding students toward greater confidence and capability, all within a supportive school environment.
