Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Previous experience in K-12 educational settings is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and providing culturally sensitive care
• Ability to tailor therapy techniques to students’ individual needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify students requiring speech-language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy in both individual and small group settings, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and other communication challenges
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation to support compliance and student progress tracking
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied service providers to support educational and communication outcomes
• Participate actively in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional education
• Engage positively with diverse student populations and adapt interventions as needed
