• Deliver speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs within the elementary school environment
• Provide individualized, evidence-based direct therapy to students following service plans
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support positive academic and social outcomes
• Maintain thorough records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Work efficiently across campus with a dedicated caseload, allocating 20 hours weekly
