Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Texas SLP license is required
- Solid experience in a school setting is essential (no CFs will be considered)
- Familiarity with testing, therapy, and developing service plans for elementary-age students
- Ability to handle state-required fingerprinting promptly, if not already completed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs within the elementary school environment
- Provide individualized, evidence-based direct therapy to students following service plans
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support positive academic and social outcomes
- Maintain thorough records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Work efficiently across campus with a dedicated caseload, allocating 20 hours weekly
