Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong evaluation and case management skills
  • Bilingual fluency for designated positions highly desirable
  • Effective communicator and collaborator in multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Manage caseloads involving both monolingual and bilingual students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Coordinate with educators, families, and support staff regarding student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services when necessary, tailoring approaches to student needs
  • Complete all related documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
