School-Based Physical Therapist - Cheraw, SC

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
• Experience in a school-based setting, preferably working with K-12 students
• Ability to supervise a licensed PTA for virtual services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable with both on-site and virtual/remote responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students K-12 at multiple school locations
• Provide in-person therapy sessions, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Supervise and support a licensed PTA providing teletherapy/VOCO services
• Complete documentation, maintain accurate records, and comply with school/district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans as necessary
