School-Based Physical Therapist - Eastover, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active South Carolina Physical Therapist License
• Previous experience in K-12 settings preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy techniques and IEP development
• Ability to adapt to multiple locations and work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students across several school sites, focusing on enhancing functional skills in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Consult with teachers, family members, and other school staff to share strategies and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise for program planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while traveling to multiple assigned schools
