School-Based Physical Therapist - Eastover, SC

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy (PT) license (required)
• Previous experience as a PT in a school setting or with K-12 youth strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and organizational skills required for an itinerant, multi-site position
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to diverse ages and ability levels

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students at several school sites
• Assess students’ needs, develop individualized plans, and record progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape therapeutic goals in collaboration with staff and families
• Work onsite during school hours (37.5 hours/week) for the contract period through May 24, 2027
• Maintain documentation and comply with all state and school policies for therapy services
