• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with Math Endorsement (please include all relevant licenses and certifications when applying)

• Ability to effectively communicate complex math concepts to diverse high school students
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student success
• Proven experience or training in general education settings
• High level of organization and adaptability

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, standards-based math instruction to high school students
• Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate varying learning styles
• Assess student progress using formative and summative methods, providing feedback for growth
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support academic and social development
