CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in teaching or a specialized subject.
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in elementary education (grades K-6).
Familiarity with the Illinois State Learning Standards for elementary education.
