We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers for two full-time assignments at centrally located schools in the Santa Ana area. Both positions focus on mild to moderate needs, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact through tailored educational support.

Choose from two distinct caseloads to best match your professional interests:

Position 1:

• Serve elementary and middle school students (all in one location)
• Manage a caseload of 28 students
• Deliver both push-in and pull-out services

Position 2:

• Work with middle and high school students across two schools (just two miles apart)
• Caseload starts at 20 students, may increase to 28
• Offer both push-in and pull-out support

Essential Qualifications:

• Active CTC Certification in Mild/Moderate Special Education
• Previous experience providing both push-in and pull-out services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with mild/moderate needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Track progress and maintain detailed documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and team planning
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that fosters student growth
