Exciting opportunities are available for two Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students! These contract-to-hire roles will commence in late November and run through the end of the school year. Each full-time position offers the unique experience of working with both elementary and middle school students, allowing you to diversify your skills and connect with learners across age groups.

Position One: 80% of time at a middle school and 20% at an elementary school.
Position Two: 40% at a middle school and 60% at an elementary school.
These placements allow you to enjoy a dynamic professional atmosphere serving students in two settings while benefiting from collegial support and collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology credential (SLP-CCC required)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but passionate new graduates welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children
  • Skilled at developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent collaboration with teachers, families, and school teams
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
  • Provide direct therapy services according to IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators to support student communication in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
  • Offer intervention sessions across two campus sites each week
