Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid or eligibility for state SLP licensure
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, but motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Deliver both group and individualized interventions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development activities
