A Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a per diem opportunity in Milaca, MN, covering shifts from August 26th to September 1st. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings, supporting patient medication needs with precision and care.

Schedule:

• August 26, 27, 28, and September 1
• 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM each day

Location:

• Milaca, MN

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dispensing and verification of prescription medications in retail and long-term care environments
• Provide patient counseling and support to ensure optimal medication adherence and outcomes
• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and clinical interventions as required
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless pharmacy operations and patient care

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree preferred
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy and long-term care procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
