Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a dynamic healthcare setting as a PRN Pharmacist supporting a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical pharmacist services in a community-focused environment using Liberty RX software. You will work within a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Dates: October 5-9

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense prescription orders accurately for pickup or delivery
• Manage ordering of supplies and equipment essential to pharmacy operations
• Maintain tight controls on inventory and monitor product displays and storage conditions
• Ensure compliance with best practice protocols for prescription drugs and controlled substances
• Verify prescription details with healthcare providers when necessary
• Maintain and verify an approved list of drugs and expiry dates
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Keep accurate records including patient information and insurance claim processing
• Provide telepharmacy support to expand patient care access
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager on staff progress and pharmacy needs
• Ensure all pharmacy functions comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Indiana Pharmacist license required
• Immunization license mandatory
• Experience with Liberty RX software preferred
• Strong communication skills; Spanish language skills considered a plus
