Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Colorado
  • CFY candidates and CCC-certified clinicians encouraged to apply
  • Prior pediatric or school-based experience is valued, but not required
  • Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Dedication to evidence-based, student-centered interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged children
  • Administer standardized assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Document student progress toward goals and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities
