Bring your passion for supporting students’ communication and language development to a dynamic school-based setting near Baldwinsville, NY! We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential services on a contract basis, with both full-time and part-time positions available to fit your schedule. Open to considering CCC-SLPs, and may have opportunities for Clinical Fellows based on current school needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • New York State licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Experience in a school setting is valuable, though not required
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to the diverse goals and needs of students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide both individual and small group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success and progress
  • Monitor, document, and report on student achievements toward IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to committee recommendations as needed
  • Maintain appropriate records while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
