Job Description

Support student success by bringing your Speech-Language Pathology skills to a dynamic school environment near Monument, CO. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a diverse group of children and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team. With a flexible 32-hour work week, you’ll have the satisfaction of helping students reach their full potential in a setting that values individualized support.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA certification (CF or CCC accepted)
  • Colorado state licensure or eligibility required
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication and speech disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
  • Offer direct and indirect services to students, including push-in and pull-out therapy models
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of the school’s multidisciplinary team
  • Educate staff and parents on communication strategies to support student learning
