Step into a dynamic school-based setting near Minneapolis, MN, where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) can make a lasting impact on K-8 students. This fulfilling contract role offers the chance to support a caseload of approximately 40 students, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that values creativity and compassionate care in communication development.

This assignment begins on August 31, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027, giving you the opportunity to foster meaningful progress throughout the entire school year. You’ll work a consistent schedule of 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing direct and consultative services for students in a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Minnesota SLP or SLPA license required
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates and those holding CCC credentials
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings a plus
  • Comfort with a K-8 grade caseload and a passion for student growth
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to assigned students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and support fellow team members
